Returns & Exchanges

At Plus-Plus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
